Thunder From Down Under Questions?

A friend and I are heading to Vegas in a few days and have tickets to Thunder From Down Under. How much should we plan to spend? Do we need tipping money? Do they sell alcoholic beverages during the show? How early should we get there? Any hints and suggestions to improve what should already be a great experience would be appreciated!

I went there in January and you don’t tip the dancers just the bartender. They do have a bar there so the only money you would need is for beverages you would like. We had so much fun at the show it is definitely worth every penny! Oh, and at the end of the show you can pay $20.00 to have your picture taken with the dancers
You have your tickets so the big cost is over. Drinks are not sold in most show rooms in Vegas any more. You should be in your seat at least 15 if not 30 minutes before the show.
This isn’t a show where you slip money to the dancers. This is a SHOW so once you have your tickets you are set.
But you can purchase drinks at the bar in the back, just depends on how much you want to get drunk, and how drunk you want to get. Plan on 15.00 a drink + tip.
I used to work at the Excalibur. You can get drinks at the back bar but they are way over priced… Pre drink! Enjoy the show, take pictures with the dancers… etc. If you wait around long enough after the last show you can see the dancers go next door to Regale’s and eat dinner. And if you are really brave you can make your way to the Employee Dinning Room in the basement (security is really lax in the back areas – just act like you work there) and you can have lunch with the dancers. They are actually really nice.
