I’m hoping to get the chance to go to Vegas for summer vacation and discovered some of the cirque du soleil shows will be there. I expect I won’t have enough to see them all in one trip (especially since I was planning to catch a broadway musical there) so I’ll have to pick one. When looking through the shows I first came across KA. What I first loved about it was that there was this epic story attached to it. I love when stories are involved, but then I worried that there may not be a whole lot of the traditioanl circus acts. That it was mainly a show and few acts. This would be my first cirque du soleil to see and KA is very attractive and spectacular looking to me, but I also want to see some traditional acts. I see it also contains a lot of martial arts, but is there anything else?
I think it’s also more expensive than the other shows I was considering: Mystere and O. The other shows seem pretty basic. I kept leaning toward seeing KA, because I have no idea when I’d get another chance to see one of these shows. There seems to be so much going on with it. A once in a lifetime treat.
I’d appreciate your opinions if you saw the shows. The goods and bads and what may be more intriguing for a first timer.
